How can we edit AVCHD MTS files with Playmemories Home (Windows 10)? Should we buy third party converter? Is there any alternative tools for PMH?

I understand that the PMH software will not convert the AVCHD ( M2TS ) videos into MP4 video format. Please note that MPEG2 video conversion option is not available in the latest version of PMH software. It is only possible to convert the AVCHD videos to MP4 format.
